Signal Intelligence ("we", "us", or "our") operates signalintelligence.cloud. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use our service:

• Account information — your name and email address, collected via Google sign-in through Clerk
• Usage data — search queries you submit, reports you save, and how you interact with the service
• Billing information — payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Signal Intelligence service
• To track your search credit usage against your plan
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send service-related communications (e.g. subscription receipts)
• To improve the service based on usage patterns

3. Data storage

Your account data and saved reports are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider based in the United States. User authentication is managed by Clerk. By using Signal Intelligence, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Signal Intelligence:

• Clerk — user authentication and account management
• Supabase — database and data storage
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic — AI analysis engine (your search queries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate results)
• Netlify — website hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Search queries and AI processing

When you submit a search in Signal Intelligence, your query is sent to Anthropic's API to generate cultural analysis results. Anthropic may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and API usage terms. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data and saved reports for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
